Why is it not starting at all?
Make sure that your firewall isn't blocking it.

Can I watch with my Mac?
All P2P Programs are for windows. But if you have an Intel Mac, then you can use XP in parallels. It must work.

Do I need windows media player?
Yes, you have to have windows media player installed. Version 9 or 10 is recommended. You can get them here. It is also recommended that you install RealPlayer.

Why is it very slow?
P2P depends on Upload and Download speed of all users watching. Shut down all processes that uses your internet speed. This will allow you to watch the match fast enough.
Sometimes it can take long before the channel starts, this is because of the amount of connections that WINDOWS XP ® allows you. Allow 50 connections or more.
Your internet connection is also important. Even though a download speed of 200kb/s and a upload speed of 45kb/s can be enough, a faster connection like broadband will help you.

Why is my screen stays black?
Maybe you need the K-Lite codec pack, it will make it work for sure : You can get it here or here.
If that doesn't make it work, it could be a channel problem. Report it at our Forum in the specific part and you might find a working link there.
